Job summary

Intapp is seeking a Technical Architect to join our Services organization and guide complex client implementations. In this senior advisory role, you will shape best practices, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and provide hands-on guidance to ensure maximum efficiency and long-term value across engagements.

You will work with stakeholders across Support, Sales, Product Management and Services to articulate an architectural vision for multi-product projects, develop reusable templates,

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SaaS with enterprise software architecture.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise apps in B2B domains.
• 5+ years in LegalTech or FinTech.
• 2+ years hands-on Boomi integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of cloud, APIs, design patterns, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain best practices for implementing Intapp products across services teams.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to design multi-product engagement plans.
• Create templates and fixed-scope packages for common configurations.
• Advise on strategic services projects with hands-on technical work.
• Engage stakeholders to articulate architectural vision for client solutions.
