Job summary

FutureFit AI in New York is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead day-to-day delivery on complex implementations across internal teams, customers, and partners. You will translate business needs into integration architectures, orchestrate engineers who do not report to you, and drive programs to on-time, high-quality results.

You will partner with Customer Success, Build leadership, and the customer's IT to shape playbooks for scalable delivery in public-sector environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering complex, cross-functional technology implementations.
• Proven ability to read APIs, understand data integration patterns, and discuss SSO/IAM and data-pipeline tradeoffs.
• Extreme project management rigor with artifacts like milestone plans, RAID logs, and status reports.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery leadership for complex implementations with mapped dependencies and clear ownership.
• Lead technical design and scoping with the customer, balancing options and tradeoffs with Build leadership.
• Design and run governance structures with multi-stakeholder executive updates and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery across Product, Engineering, Data, CS, and customer IT and third parties.
• Drive disciplined change control and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
