Job summary

Armis is seeking a Sr CSM to serve as the business liaison between customers and cross functional teams including product, engineering, sales, and executive leadership. You will own a portfolio, build success plans aligned to security objectives, and guide adoption of the Armis platform.

You will drive deployments, manage risk, mentor junior CSMs, and partner with Sales on renewals and growth. Strong communication across technical and executive audiences is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Customer Success, Technical Account Manager, or similar role.
• 5+ years in network engineering, architecture, or design.
• 5+ years in service delivery or technical account management in post- or pre-sales.
• 3+ years in IT, security, healthcare tech, or similar environments.
• Familiarity with network protocols across OT/ICS, biomedical, or IT.
• Experience managing a broad portfolio with minimal oversight.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in daily work.
• Strong written and verbal communication to technical and executive audiences.
• Mentoring or enabling other CSMs, formally or informally.
• Knowledge of healthcare ICT devices, manufacturers, or applications and IT/IoT security.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of customers as the primary point of contact post-sale.
• Build and maintain a success plan tied to security objectives and drive it to completion.
• Understand customer use cases and provide recommendations to improve security posture and platform utilization.
• Ensure deployment and configuration align with key business use cases and are delivered on schedule.
• Guide customers through adoption and configuration so teams can operate the platform independently.
• Stay current on third-party integrations and their interaction with Armis in customer environments.
• Act as a subject matter expert in your area of technical proficiency.
• Identify risk early, drive mitigation, and engage specialists when needed.
• Partner with Sales on renewal readiness and surface growth opportunities.
• Design and improve scaled programs to lift outcomes across the portfolio.
• Build reusable playbooks, templates, and AI workflows; mentor CSMs joining the team.
• Advocate for customers across teams to meet objectives.
