Armis seeks a Sr. Manager, Customer Success for Healthcare Cybersecurity to lead regional healthcare portfolio and align clinical IT, biomedical engineering, and security teams.

You will mentor Technical CSMs and drive adoption of OT/IT security across hospitals and labs. You will shape healthcare onboarding playbooks, coordinate regulatory considerations, and scale cross-site implementations with multi-disciplinary stakeholders at Armis.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Solutions Engineering, or Consulting within B2B SaaS or enterprise cybersecurity.
• 5+ years focused on healthcare IT, medical device security, or clinical network environments.

Responsibilities

• Own regional ARR planning and attainment for healthcare accounts.
• Standardize healthcare-specific EBR narratives and HIPAA/HITECH audit readiness.
• Establish portfolio-level healthcare risk playbooks and cross-functional mitigations.
• Define best practices for clinical network design visibility and device inventory governance.
• Coordinate beta engagements and feedback loops with Product and clinical advisory boards.
• Lead enablement for healthcare team covering medical devices and clinical protocols.
• Scale healthcare vertical frameworks across profiles and regulatory contexts.
• Drive customer-to-product feedback with healthcare advisory boards.
