Job summary

Arpio is seeking a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager to help enterprise customers succeed with our cloud-native SaaS platform, across AWS and Azure. This full-time role can be remote in the US or hybrid at our Durham, NC office (2-3 days/week).

You will lead onboarding, monitor health, drive renewals, and collaborate with Engineering to translate feedback into product improvements, while owning customer outcomes and time-to-value.

Qualifications

7+ years in a technical, customer-facing CS or account mgmt.
Experience with CS tools and ticketing systems.
Strong AWS/Azure knowledge and cloud networking.
Excellent communication and relationship-building.
Certifications: AWS CS or Azure Fundamentals or willingness to complete within 90 days.

Responsibilities

Lead onboarding and migrations with best practices.
Track time-to-value and success metrics.
Monitor customer health and identify risks.
Lead quarterly business reviews to drive renewals.
Collaborate with engineers to triage issues and resolve problems.
Gather feedback for product improvements and future features.
