Arpio is hiring a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager to drive customer success for large enterprise accounts. This role supports remote US workers or hybrid work from our Durham, NC office two to three days per week. You will partner with engineers to resolve complex issues and lead quarterly business reviews to drive renewals and expansion.
