Property Inspect is seeking a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager for the US region. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, account management and technical solutions, driving value realization for US-based customers in a remote, full-time setup.

You will champion post-sale onboarding, adoption, and renewal, while identifying expansion opportunities and guiding tailored workflows. Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success or related SaaS roles.
• Ability to translate customer needs into workflows and configurations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of US customers from post-sale implementation through adoption, retention, renewal and expansion.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders from users to senior decision-makers.
• Lead technical onboarding and implementation with the Head of Business Solutions.
• Identify adoption gaps and intervene before retention risks.
• Support renewals and drive expansions in collaboration with the US Sales team.
• Gather structured customer feedback and feed product requirements through appropriate processes.
