Job summary

ApartmentIQ is seeking a Senior Enterprise Customer Success Manager to own strategic, multi-threaded relationships with our largest clients. You will drive adoption, own renewals, and surface expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales, Support, and Product.

You’ll engage VP- and C-suite stakeholders, translate business goals into success plans, and ensure retention while guiding cross-functional teams through complex contracts and data challenges. Remote-first, US-wide.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a client-facing or account management role with enterprise customers.
• Experience managing VP- and C-suite stakeholders across complex accounts.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion.
• Strong data analysis and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage a portfolio of Enterprise key accounts and understand their goals.
• Develop multi-threaded relationships with decision-makers across departments.
• Act as quarterback across CS, Sales, Support, and Product for coordinated service.
• Own contract details, renewals, and day-to-day account troubleshooting.
• Create tailored success plans and conduct regular business reviews.
• Identify expansion opportunities and surface them to Sales.
