Job summary

First Due is hiring an Implementation Manager, Essentials for remote work within the United States. You will own end-to-end delivery for Essentials implementations, perform hands-on configuration across multiple modules, and manage a high-volume portfolio while ensuring a successful transition to Customer Success.

You will coordinate with Implementation Consultants, leverage AI tooling to streamline delivery, and maintain rigorous data hygiene in Rocketlane.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in customer-facing implementation, professional services, or SaaS configuration roles.
• Experience handling high-volume concurrent projects and maintaining progress.
• Strong public safety knowledge for fire/EMS operations.
• Project management discipline with scheduling, milestones, risk tracking, escalation.
• Ability to drive adoption and usage beyond delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of a large portfolio of Essentials implementations from transition to go-live and Customer Success.
• Configure the majority of modules across agencies; ensure working configuration before go-live.
• Coordinate specialist consultants and integrate them into the project plan.
• Deliver guided, live configuration and enable self-service for modules via learning platforms.
• Travel to customer sites up to 10% and manage AI-assisted deliverables with human validation.
