Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a temporary six-month assignment to support its R&D teams. The role emphasizes hands-on coaching, employee relations, and driving performance management in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with R&D leaders and the People team to strengthen manager capability, ensure continuity during a transition, and execute core talent programs while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism across global teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience with global footprint.
• Experience supporting fast-paced, high-growth organizations.
• Ability to coach managers and handle employee relations with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted HRBP to leaders, managers, and individual contributors across Engineering and Product.
• Coach managers on performance management and development.
• Support performance reviews and employee development processes.
• Manage employee relations with sound judgment and proper documentation.
• Contribute to compensation reviews and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate with Legal and cross-functional partners as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold employment standards.
