• Expertise in negotiating complex claims including litigation.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Ability to mentor others and manage high-exposure cases.

Responsibilities

• Independently investigate moderate to complex and high-value casualty claims.
• Collaborate with legal teams and experts to evaluate claims.
• Lead negotiations and manage litigation support.
• Draft coverage letters and interpret policy language.
• Set reserves and monitor litigation budgets.
• Mentor junior adjusters and share regulatory knowledge.
