Job summary

Jefferson Capital Systems, LLC is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to bridge Business Lines, Infrastructure, and the Development Team for new projects and enhancements.

You will gather user requirements, test new and modified applications, and document processes, acting as the technical expert for the applications you support.

Experience with MS SQL Server to validate inputs/outputs and to help translate data into actionable business decisions across the organization.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent experience in CS or IS.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze and document requirements.
• Experience with MS SQL Server preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gathers requirements for new projects from business areas.
• Documents technical requirements based on business needs.
• Performs interviews and workshops to elicit information.
• Develops test cases and coordinates QA/testing.
• Supports SDLC and Change Management processes.
