Job summary

The Senior Technical Business Analyst at Jefferson Capital Systems in Sartell, MN, will act as a liaison among Business Lines, Infrastructure, and Development for new projects and enhancements. You will gather user requirements, document processes, and validate inputs/outputs from MS SQL Server-based systems.

You will participate in test case development, QA testing, and user acceptance testing, contributing to SDLC and Change Management processes.

Qualifications

Gathers user requirements for projects and documents them clearly.
Tests new/modified applications and validates data flows.
Experience with MS SQL Server for validating inputs/outputs.

Responsibilities

Develops understanding of Jefferson Capital business processes and data assets.
Interviews stakeholders and conducts workshops to elicit requirements.
Documents technical requirements from business needs and supports QA/testing.
Develops test cases and coordinates user acceptance testing with business units.
Supports SDLC, Change Management processes, and project lifecycle.
