Job summary

Jefferson University Physicians seeks a seasoned Information Systems professional to identify and implement optimal technical solutions that integrate with existing systems. You will prepare work plans for upgrades, configure environments, and develop clear specifications while documenting processes and standards.

Responsibilities include planning tests, assisting resource estimation, and communicating variances to management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of application/implementation experience and 5 years progressive Information Services/Healthcare experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Healthcare preferred.
• Experience with large-scale implementations/upgrades and test plan development.
• Strong written and verbal communication; technical collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify optimal technical solutions and ensure seamless system integration.
• Prepare work plans for upgrades, modifications, and enhancements.
• Vendor management to meet service levels and facilitate meetings.
• Manage small projects and coordinate testing across environments.
• Develop specifications and documentation; estimate resources.
• Plan and execute comprehensive test scenarios.
• Assist in establishing technology standards and DR/BC tasks.
