Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for the Core Lending Team to scope, develop, and test enhancements to SilverLake and CIF 20/20. Remote position within ~70 miles of Allen, TX and other specified locations; Travel up to 25% for internal meetings and customer engagements.

The role requires 4+ years in loan operations or related banking functions, strong lending knowledge, and excellent communication. Onsite interview/onboarding may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in loan operations, loan servicing, loan processing, or related banking functions.
• Strong knowledge of consumer, commercial, mortgage, or agricultural lending processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work with customers and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to gather system requirements.
• Define system and functional requirements of the product.
• Prepare business requirements and functional specifications.
• Create test plans/scripts for new products or enhancements.
• Collaborate on user stories and end-user documentation for sprint-related tasks.
• Assist customer support in diagnosing defects when needed.
