Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join the Banking Product Management Team for the Core Lending area.

You will gather system requirements from customers, define functional specs, and create business requirements to guide development and testing of SilverLake CIF 20/20 enhancements. The role is remote within the US, with occasional travel up to 10% for internal meetings and customer engagements; you should have strong communication skills and experience in

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in loan operations, loan servicing, loan processing, lending product management, business analysis, or related banking functions.
• Strong knowledge of consumer, commercial, mortgage, or agricultural lending processes, including origination, servicing, collateral management, payment processing, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience working with banking software, product management activities, or business requirements within a loan-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for internal meetings, conferences, user groups, and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with customers to gather system requirements.
• Defines the system and functional requirements of the product.
• Prepares business requirements and functional specifications.
• Serves as a resource and/or participant in business process re-design activities.
• May assist the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow and business function.
• May perform application, system and regression tests.
• Responsible for creating business requirements.
• Reviews and provides feedback on requirements, design, and scope documents.
• Contributes to the creation of user stories, end-user documentation and other sprint related documentation.
• May work with customer support team to resolve or diagnose defects.
• Creates test plans/scripts for new products or enhancements to existing products.
• Works with industry research groups to prepare for product trends.
• May assist less experienced peers.
• May perform other job duties as assigned.
