Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Technical Business Analyst for the Core Lending Team in a remote role.

You will work to gather system requirements, define product functionality, and support testing of SilverLake and CIF 20/20 enhancements while collaborating with customers and internal stakeholders. The position requires strong banking domain knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to travel up to 10% for meetings and user groups.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in loan operations, loan servicing, loan processing, lending product management, business analysis, or related banking functions.
• Strong knowledge of consumer, commercial, mortgage, or agricultural lending processes.
• Experience working with banking software, product management activities, or business requirements within a loan-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Ability to travel up to 10% for internal meetings, conferences, user groups, and customer engagements.

Responsibilities
