Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in loan operations, loan servicing, loan processing, lending product management, business analysis, or related banking functions.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to gather system requirements.
• Define system and functional requirements of the product.
• Prepare business requirements and functional specifications.
• Support business process redesign activities.
• Assist customers in determining if enhancements improve processes.
• Create test plans/scripts for new products or enhancements.
• Review and provide feedback on requirements, design, and scope documents.
• Contribute to user stories and end-user documentation.
