Job summary

Jack Henry Banking is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join the Core Lending Team. This remote role supports SilverLake and CIF 20/20 enhancements and requires proximity to listed office locations for potential onboarding.

You will gather requirements, define system and functional specs, and contribute to sprint artifacts while coordinating with customers and technical teams. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in loan operations or banking analysis, strong lending knowledge, and excellent

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in loan operations, loan servicing, loan processing, lending product management, business analysis, or related banking functions.
Strong knowledge of consumer, commercial, mortgage, or agricultural lending processes including origination, servicing, collateral management, payment processing, and regulatory requirements.
Experience working with banking software, product management activities, or business requirements within a loan-focused environment.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, stakeholders, and technical teams.
Ability to travel up to 10% for internal meetings, conferences, user groups, and customer engagements.

Responsibilities

Interacts with customers to gather system requirements.
Defines the system and functional requirements of the product.
Prepares business requirements and functional specifications.
Serves as a resource in business process redesign activities.
May assist the customer in determining if and how system enhancements may improve process flow.
May perform application, system and regression tests.
Responsible for creating business requirements.
Reviews and provides feedback on requirements, design, and scope documents.
Contributes to the creation of user stories, end-user documentation and sprint-related documentation.
May work with customer support to resolve or diagnose defects.
Creates test plans/scripts for new products or enhancements.
Works with industry research groups to prepare for product trends.
May assist less experienced peers.
May perform other job duties as assigned.
