Job summary

Infosys Public Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager to lead project oversight, define SRS documents for Mail.dat and Mail.XML, and manage technical specifications across systems.

You will support CAT, create test scripts, and assist MTAC workgroups, delivering analytics-enabled solutions and robust documentation. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in technology, certification in PM or Scrum, and strong experience with ALM/JIRA/Confluence, UFT/Selenium tests, and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years' experience in technology or software development.
• Experience as a business analyst; CBAP is preferred.
• Experience with requirements management tools (ALM, VersionOne, JIRA, Confluence).
• Experience with software testing tools (UFT, Selenium).
• Experience with databases and analytics (MicroStrategy, Oracle SQL, Teradata).
• Experience using O365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Visio, Teams, Power BI).
• Experience with TSLC or other SDLC methodologies and with Waterfall and Agile.

Responsibilities

• Project management and project oversight.
• Develop SRS documents to support functional requirements for Mail.dat/Mail.XML.
• Maintain technical specifications and guides; develop new ones for new functionality.
• Support CAT, develop and update test scripts, perform validation and document outcomes.
• Participate in mail industry meetings/forums and MTAC workgroups.
• Develop performance metrics to track CAT status.
• Automated test script development.
• Develop training materials, SOPs, and guides for CPPP applications.
• Other related duties as assigned.
