Job summary

Infosys Public Services is seeking a Software QA Engineer to drive Customer Acceptance Testing and automation. The role covers developing SRS, updating specs, and producing test artifacts across Mail.dat/XML ecosystems.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years of manual and automated testing experience, proficiency in Python/Selenium, and familiarity with API testing tools. Travel may be required; Infosys Public Services offers broad benefits and career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience creating manual and automated test scripts (Python, Selenium, AFT).
• Experience with customer acceptance testing and documenting results.
• Production validation through smoke, regression and functional testing.
• Experience with data formats (CSV, XML, JSON) and relational databases.
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop SRS documents supporting functional requirements for Mail.dat and Mail.XML.
• Manage and update technical specifications and guides for new functionality.
• Lead Customer Acceptance Testing, develop test scripts, and document outcomes with artifacts.
• Provide MTAC/industry meeting participation and contribute to RTM documentation.
• Develop performance metrics to track CAT status and automate test scripts.
• Create training materials and SOPs related to CPPP applications.
