Job summary

Infosys Public Services seeks a Senior Technical Business Analyst / Project Manager to join our team in delivering complex software and data analytics projects. The role emphasizes developing technical requirements, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery against MTAC and TSLC/SDLC standards.

The position requires strong experience in project management, business analysis, process documentation, and testing, with exposure to Mail.dat/XML/Electronic data exchange contexts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience in technology or software development
• CBAP certification (preferred) or equivalent
• Experience with requirements management tools (ALM, VersionOne, JIRA, Confluence)
• Experience with software testing tools (UFT, Selenium)
• Experience with databases and analytics (MicroStrategy, Oracle SQL, Teradata)
• O365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Access, Visio, Teams, Power BI)
• Experience with TSLC/SDLC methodologies
• Experience managing IT projects using Waterfall and Agile methodologies

Responsibilities

• Project management and project oversight
• Develop SRS documents to support functional requirements affecting technical specs
• Maintain technical specifications and guides; develop new ones as needed
• Support CAT, develop/update test scripts, perform testing and document outcomes
• Attend MTAC and related meetings; participate in workgroups and user groups
• Develop performance metrics to track CAT status
• Develop automated test scripts
• Create training materials and SOPs for impacted applications
• Other related duties as assigned
