Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead design and technical development from schematic design through construction documents.
• Collaborate with project managers or serve as PM/PA depending on project scope.
• Mentor junior team members in technical problem solving.
• Provide internal quality control reviews to ensure design intent, constructability and code compliance.
• Drive cross-discipline coordination to resolve technical issues and achieve project goals.
• Produce and oversee detailed 2D and 3D BIM documentation.
