Job summary

Integrus Architecture is seeking a Technical Architect to lead the technical development of complex projects from design development through construction administration. You will guide teams, ensure code compliance, and advance our standards while mentoring professionals across the firm.

With a focus on collaboration and design excellence, you will elevate technical knowledge, promote QA/QC, and contribute to a culture of learning and continuous improvement within Integrus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Current architectural licensure (required).
• 15+ years of professional architectural experience with technical design and project delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, accessibility, life safety, and construction standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM-integrated project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development of complex projects through design, documentation and construction.
• Serve as a technical authority on building systems, constructability, and code compliance.
• Champion QA/QC and promote consistency and best practices across project teams.
• Mentor project teams and advance firmwide technical standards and continuous improvement.
• Support coordination with consultants and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
