Job summary

Integrus Architecture is seeking a seasoned Technical Architect to lead the technical development of complex projects from design to construction administration. You will guide building systems, ensure code compliance, and mentor teams to uphold design excellence and delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
• Current architectural licensure (registered).
• 15+ years of professional architectural experience with strong technical design and construction documentation.
• Extensive knowledge of building codes, accessibility, life safety, and construction standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and BIM-integrated project delivery.
• Strong coordination skills and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical development of complex, mid- to large-scale projects through design, documentation and construction.
• Act as technical authority on building systems, constructability, and code compliance.
• Lead QA/QC reviews and promote best practices across project teams.
• Mentor project teams and elevate firm-wide technical standards.
• Collaborate with leadership, designers, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical challenges.
• Support construction administration including RFIs, submittals, and field observations.
• Stay current on codes, products, and sustainability trends.
