Job summary

Talanto is seeking an Enterprise Commerce Architect, Strategy & Transformation to lead pre‑sales advisory for complex enterprise pursuits in AMER, onsite in San Francisco or Seattle. Shape target architectures for commerce platforms, ERP/finance, CRM, loyalty, identity, data, and fulfillment; translate business priorities into a practical road map and implementation principles.

Qualifications

12+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, technology strategy, digital transformation, management consulting, or senior technical advisory roles.
Significant experience advising large enterprises on complex technology transformation spanning commerce, payments, financial systems, or customer-facing platforms.
Demonstrated ability to engage credibly with C-suite and vice presidents.
Deep understanding of enterprise commerce architecture across commerce platforms, order management, ERP/finance, CRM, loyalty, identity, fulfillment and data platforms.
Strong knowledge of API-first integration, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, cloud data platforms, and data flows.
Working knowledge of payments and financial infrastructure including acceptance, acquiring, settlement, reconciliation, fraud and risk, and compliance.
Ability to connect architecture decisions to business outcomes like revenue growth, conversion, and speed to market.
Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills; ability to articulate complex architecture to executive audiences.
Proven track record leading ambiguous, cross-functional strategic engagements from discovery through roadmap.
