Job summary

Talanto seeks a Director of Enterprise Systems & Architecture to own the technical vision, architecture, and operations of enterprise systems including Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, and Snowflake. This executive will guide integration strategy, AI agent infrastructure, and governance across the organization.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in enterprise architecture with hands-on platform engineering, and a proven track record managing cross-functional teams in a public company environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Enterprise Architecture, Business Systems, or Platform Engineering in regulated environments.
• Experience deploying AI agents or LLM-powered workflows in production.
• Deep experience with Salesforce CRM at scale, data modeling, and access controls.
• Strong knowledge of NetSuite and Snowflake from architectural and operational perspectives.
• Experience building and operating API gateways, secrets management, and identity-based access control for automated workflows.
• Familiarity with SOX ITGC and producing control evidence in public companies.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain enterprise systems architecture roadmap across commercial, financial, and GTM tech stacks.
• Own architecture docs: topology maps, data flows, integration inventories, ADRs.
• Establish governance standards and review processes for major system changes.
• Lead design patterns for integrations, data exchange, and AI agent workloads.
• Lead build-vs-buy evaluations and platform selection for AI tooling and middleware.
• Ensure scalability, data integrity, security, and operational efficiency in a public-company environment.
• Lead and grow Salesforce admin and NetSuite techno-functional teams.
• Build and maintain observability and governance for AI agent workflows with security alignment.
• Partner with CRO, CFO and CISO to balance velocity with compliance and auditability.
