Job summary

Maximus is seeking a qualified Sr. Technical Analyst for current and upcoming Child Support system modernization projects. The role supports large-system implementations, with potential QA or project management focus depending on project needs.

The position requires independent work, strong technical analysis across the lifecycle, and the ability to deliver high-value technical and project deliverables, with senior reporting to a Senior Manager in a matrix environment.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to communicate well with multiple clients and consultants.
• Knowledge of state and local governments and their processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support technical analysis, planning, coordination, and execution across Child Support modernization engagements.
• Develop, review, and maintain technical and project documentation (requirements, interface specs, data mappings, design inputs).
• Review project documentation and client materials to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Attend and lead client meetings with stakeholders and Maximus team members.
• Support governance, status reporting, and deliverable coordination across workstreams.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and corporate policies.
