Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 7–10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with child support or public-sector projects is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis across the system development lifecycle.
• Develop and review technical requirements, interface specs, data mappings, and design inputs.
• Support project governance, status reporting, and client communications.
• Identify risks and issues and work with leadership on mitigation.
• Ensure project deliverables meet contract specifications and timelines.
