Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Sr. Technical Analyst to support one or more Child Support modernization initiatives in the public sector.

The role requires independent work, rigorous technical analysis, and the ability to deliver high-value artifacts across the system development lifecycle. The candidate will develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, analyze requirements, and provide recommendations to guide client decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in technical analysis, systems implementation, QA, or project management support.
• Experience with Child Support programs or system modernization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical analysis and planning across one or more modernization engagements.
• Develop and maintain technical and project documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, staff, and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
