Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering + 12 years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree in Engineering + 11 years, or PhD in Engineering + 10 years.
Experience in tunnels and complex underground structures across transit, rail, highways, airports, and water/wastewater market sectors.
Lead technical engineer for large, complex projects; recognized as an expert in the field.
PE certification preferred and industry best practices communication through presentations, articles, and white papers.

Responsibilities

Performs independent technical reviews and provides guidance on complex or unusual projects.
Provides direction to resolve technical issues and mentor production staff.
Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation for complex projects within discipline.
Coordinates technical aspects with client counterparts and teaming partners for cross-discipline work.
