Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Key Account Manager in the Atlanta, Georgia region to support a heavy-industry customer. You will manage technical programs, optimize system performance, and drive growth within the key account as the primary technical advisor and relationship manager.

Responsibilities include ensuring program excellence across the site while delivering strong value to the customer and expanding the client’s presence in the region.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of heavy industry water treatment experience.
• Strong working knowledge of boiler, cooling tower, influent and wastewater treatment systems.
• Experience reviewing process conditions, operational data, and performance trends to identify issues and optimization opportunities.
• Proven customer-facing sales experience and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Pulp & Paper experience.
