Job summary

Dolby is seeking a Staff Technical Account Manager in the Burbank area to own the technical relationship with our strategic video accounts throughout onboarding and optimization. You will collaborate with the CSM to align technical roadmaps with business goals and drive proactive improvements across our video solutions.

You will monitor performance, synthesize engineering feedback, and guide customers through product changes, live events, and complex integrations with our core teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of technical experience in video streaming, AdTech, or SaaS.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end media delivery workflows including encoding, transport, and CDN architectures.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical implementations and hit tight go-live dates.
• Experience using AI tools to summarize logs and automate technical documentation.
• Ability to explain technical topics to business stakeholders with a consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation and project orchestration for new strategic customer onboarding.
• Collaborate with the CSM to ensure long-term business goals are technically feasible and aligned with roadmaps.
• Proactively monitor account performance using dashboards and AI agents to identify issues before they impact the customer.
• Synthesize technical feedback into actionable requirements for Product and Engineering teams.
• Analyze upcoming product releases and infrastructure changes for impact on customers’ environments and provide guidance.
• Prepare for high-stakes live events or major product launches with the operations team.
• Leverage AI for data collection and health-score monitoring to enable high-level strategic intervention.
• Utilize AI-augmented optimization to automate log analysis and health reporting.
