Job summary

Dolby invites an experienced Sr Staff Operational Support Engineer to join the Dolby Cloud Solutions team in Atlanta. You will lead critical incidents, coordinate multi-system responses, and drive operational maturity for 24/7 live streaming, ads, and real-time services.

You will design production changes using Infrastructure as Code, partner with Engineering and DevOps, and mentor L2 teams while shaping scalability, reliability, and performance for global customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in operational, support, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience leading complex incidents end-to-end.
• Deep experience with large-scale production video streaming platforms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the final operational escalation point for severe incidents.
• Lead multi-system incident responses across streaming pipelines and delivery platforms.
• Own incident command during major live events with risk-based decisions.
• Coach L2 engineers during live incidents and drive communications.
