Job summary

Dolby is seeking an Operational Support Engineer (L2) to own end-to-end production incidents and lead resolution across live streaming, ads, and real-time delivery platforms.

You will work with IAAC, DevOps, and Customer teams 24/7 to ensure availability, reliability, and performance, leveraging automation and AI-assisted tools. The role emphasizes proactive readiness and clear incident communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in operational, support, or similar customer-facing roles.
• Experience supporting production video streaming platforms, OTT services, live systems.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of escalated issues from Level 1 Support and drive to resolution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve high-impact production incidents affecting live streams and real-time services.
• Lead live incident bridges with customers and internal teams during outages.
• Participate in on-call rotation and ensure incident communications and RCA.
