Job summary

Dolby seeks a Staff Technical Account Manager in the Burbank area to own the technical relationship with strategic video accounts throughout onboarding and ongoing optimization. You will coordinate with engineering, operations, and a CSM to ensure reliability and value realization.

You will monitor performance, communicate risks, and drive architectural improvements using AI-assisted insights, with a focus on scalable media delivery architectures and live event readiness.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in technical roles within video streaming, AdTech, or SaaS industries.
• Proven ability to manage complex technical implementations and hit go-live dates.
• Ability to summarize logs with AI tools and generate testing scripts.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical implementation and orchestration for new customer onboarding with Delivery Engineering.
• Collaborate with the CSM to shape a technical roadmap and guardrails for expansion.
• Monitor QoE, latency, and error rates using dashboards to detect issues early.
• Synthesize customer feedback into actionable requirements for Product/Engineering.
• Analyze product releases and infrastructure changes for impact on customers.
• Prepare for high-stakes live events and product launches with the ops team.
• Leverage AI tools to automate data collection, health reporting, and insights.
