Job summary

Dolby is seeking a Staff Technical Account Manager in Burbank, CA to act as the technical architect and long-term partner for strategic video accounts. You will own the technical relationship from onboarding to ongoing optimization and collaborate with delivery, engineering, and success teams.

You will monitor performance metrics and drive improvements, balancing technical guidance with customer outcomes, while helping shape the product roadmap and ensuring successful live events and launches.

Qualifications

3–5+ years in technical roles within video streaming, AdTech, or SaaS.
Ability to manage complex technical implementations and timelines.
Strong communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead technical implementation and project orchestration for onboarding.
Collaborate with CSM to align long-term goals with technical roadmaps.
Monitor QoE, latency, and errors with dashboards and AI agents.
Synthesize customer feedback into actionable requirements for Product/Engineering.
Analyze product changes to assess impact on customer environments.
Coordinate for live events or major product launches with operations.
Leverage AI tools to automate data collection and health reporting.
Drive proactive architectural improvements through AI-augmented optimization.
