Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, seeks a Technical Account Manager to own the technical health of post-sales cloud accounts. You will lead architecture design, joint POCs, and SLA-focused troubleshooting, acting as the credible technical advocate inside Lambda and at customer sites.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical account management, solutions engineering or architecture, ML engineering, or related roles with customer-facing scope.
• Hands-on fluency with GPU infrastructure: provisioning, benchmarking, and debugging compute, networking, storage, and schedulers.
• Working command of AI/ML workloads (training, fine-tuning, inference) to map customer stacks and lead technical conversations.
• Proven ability to lead structured technical engagements: POCs, architecture designs, benchmarks, escalations.
• Builder's toolkit: scripting, SQL, and dashboards with data-driven tooling.
• Executive-grade communication of deeply technical content, in writing and in person.
• Comfort with ambiguity and building methodology where none exists.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health of your accounts post-handoff from Solutions Engineering through steady state, expansion, and renewal.
• Understand customer AI use cases end-to-end and map workloads to Lambda's platform capabilities.
• Lead joint customer POC sessions with defined success criteria and manage provisioning and timelines.
• Design and defend reference architectures spanning compute, networking, storage, and schedulers.
• Own SLA and reliability engineering with defensible metrics and cross-functional coordination.
• Build and drive adoption of technical data surfaces: dashboards, telemetry, and health scoring.
• Direct technical escalations during high-severity events and coordinate cross-team responses.
• Shape the customer voice into product insights and lead product-led POCs.
• Stay updated on GPU roadmap and market landscape to inform architecture and expansion.
