Job summary

Lambda, The Superintelligence Cloud, is seeking a customer-facing technical leader to own the technical health of key accounts and drive outcomes from hypercare through steady state, expansion, and renewal.

You will map customer AI use cases, including training, fine-tuning, and serving models on Lambda, and lead joint POC sessions with defined success criteria. The role includes owning architecture designs spanning compute, networking, storage, connectivity, and scheduler integration.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health of your accounts by taking the handoff from Solutions Engineering and managing outcomes through steady state, expansion, and renewal.
• Understand customer AI use cases end to end, mapping training, fine-tuning, and serving models on Lambda, including frameworks, schedulers, and data paths.
• Lead joint customer POC sessions with defined success criteria, manage provisioning, testing, and drive clear verdicts.
