Job summary

Lambda seeks a Technical Account Manager to own the technical health of post-sales cloud accounts, spanning AI, startups, enterprises, and large-scale customers. You will lead joint POC sessions, design architectures, validate SLAs, and build tools to measure account health.

You will be the primary technical advocate inside Lambda, coordinating with Solutions Engineering and product teams to drive reliable workloads and customer value across the platform.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical account management, solutions engineering or architecture with significant customer-facing scope.
• Hands-on fluency with GPU infrastructure (compute, networking, storage, and schedulers).
• Experience mapping AI/ML workloads and leading technical conversations with ML and infrastructure engineers.
• Track record leading structured technical engagements: POCs with defined success criteria, architecture designs, benchmarks, or high-severity escalations.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical health of accounts from hypercare through steady state, expansion, and renewal.
• Lead joint customer POC sessions with defined success criteria and execution plan.
• Design and defend reference architectures across compute, networking, storage, and schedulers.
• Own SLA and reliability engineering, including uptime/downtime metrics and credits.
• Build dashboards and tooling to surface customer health and telemetry.
• Direct technical escalations and incidents, coordinating engineering and vendors.
