Job summary

You will qualify prospects, design and run trials, translate lab and plant data into actionable recommendations, and own the technical relationship with customer CTOs and plant teams while collaborating with the sales side.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work with diverse stakeholders including executives and plant-floor staff.
• Strong learning agility to quickly master product technical detail.
• Willingness to travel extensively on a changing weekly schedule.

Responsibilities

• Qualify customer opportunities technically during prospecting to ensure viability before committing resources.
• Lead customer trials end-to-end, coordinating people, sites and timelines.
• Communicate directly with customers throughout trial and evaluation.
• Coordinate meetings and travel across customer and plant visits.
• Work with labs on sample-performance analysis and resolve quality claims with data.
• Visit customer sites for checkups, trials, and prospecting.
• Lead customer QBRs connecting technical performance to business outcomes.
• Organize and lead trials from setup through results.
