Responsibilities

• Evaluate packaging materials, systems, and equipment through testing and trials.
• Develop ideas to enhance product lines or create new solutions.
• Provide on-site technical support to customers and internal teams.
• Lead test plans and field trials to validate performance and reliability.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and drive data-based decisions.
• Translate findings into improvements for product, material, equipment, and process.
• Lead projects that improve manufacturing and material performance.
• Build customer relationships using technical expertise and communication.
