Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in packaging/technical field.
• Experience with packaging materials, systems, equipment, or applications.
• Data-driven problem solving and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to translate technical findings into business value.
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate packaging materials, systems, and equipment through testing.
• Develop and implement ideas to improve packaging products or support new solutions.
• Provide technical solutions during on-site support and visits to Sealed Air facilities.
• Design and execute test plans and field trials to validate performance.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and use data to drive decisions.
• Translate customer needs into recommendations for product, material, equipment, and process improvements.
• Lead technical projects that improve manufacturing processes and material performance.
• Build strong customer relationships using technical expertise and consultative skills.
• Develop value propositions, competitive intelligence, and technical documentation for packaging solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to transfer technologies regionally and globally.
