Job summary

Changeis is seeking a Senior Data & Automation Analyst in Atlantic City, NJ, onsite five days a week. The role focuses on leading data management and automation for a federal program, including applications, dashboards, data repositories, and reporting products that provide portfolio visibility.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, translating them into technical specs, and training a Power Apps developer.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with a qualifying major.
Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting requirements for data applications and reporting products.
Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power BI dashboards and Microsoft Power Apps applications.
Experience delivering user training and support for data applications.
Experience designing data collection, validation, and reporting workflows.
Familiarity with SharePoint and comparable document-management environments.
Experience providing work direction to technical staff.
Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead data management and automation activities for a federal program, serving as the lead for applications, dashboards, data repositories, and reporting products that provide visibility into a portfolio.
Gather and validate requirements, translating stakeholder needs into technical specifications, and delivering user training and support.
Using Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps, develop and maintain data repositories, dashboards, and reporting tools, including support for quarterly portfolio summaries.
