Job summary

ICW Group is hiring a strategic technical recruiter to drive full lifecycle recruiting across the enterprise, attracting high‑quality technical talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience. You will partner with HRBPs and hiring managers to forecast needs, source candidates, pre‑screen, interview, negotiate offers, and smooth onboarding.

Based on-site with hybrid scheduling at our San Diego headquarters, this role carries a salary range of $78,678.61 to $132,686.15 and offers a

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of related talent acquisition/recruiting experience, including demonstrated experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and labor laws across CA, federal, and local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute technical Talent Attraction strategies.
• Coordinate ads on online job boards, internal postings, and school postings.
• Source qualified candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other sources.
• Pre-screen and recommend candidates, assessing relevant technical experience and competencies.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners on staffing needs and timeliness of recruitment.
• Close candidates and negotiate salary and terms; prepare and secure offers.
