Curri is seeking a Senior Talent Partner, Technology to own technical searches from first conversation to signed offer across software engineering, data/ML, product management and design. You'll build sourcing strategies from scratch, turn successful approaches into playbooks, and serve as a trusted advisor to leaders shaping roles and hiring strategies at Curri.

Qualifications

5+ years in-house recruiting across tech and product engineering.
Full-cycle ownership with ability to evaluate top-tier talent.
Strong advisory presence to leaders and stakeholders.
Autonomy to design search strategies and playbooks.

Responsibilities

Own technical searches from first contact to signed offer across software, data/ML, product management and design.
Build sourcing strategies from scratch and translate successful approaches into repeatable playbooks.
Partner with engineering, product, and executives to shape roles and hiring bar.
Use market data and funnel metrics to optimize time-to-fill and candidate experience.
Lead intake with hiring managers to set expectations.
