Job summary

Curri is seeking a Senior Talent Partner, Technology to own technical searches from first conversation to signed offer. You will build sourcing strategies, lead intake with hiring managers, and turn successful approaches into reusable playbooks.

This role combines hands-on recruiting with strategic advisory to engineering, product, and leadership teams. We value experience in in-house technical hiring, strong judgment to distinguish top talent, and the ability to drive processes with autonomy

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-house recruiting experience, including technical and product engineering recruiting in the last two years.
• Proven full-cycle ownership across technical disciplines with good judgment.
• Strong advisory presence with leaders; influence through expertise.
• High autonomy paired with collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Fluency with ATS (preferably Ashby), LinkedIn Recruiter, and AI tools for sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineers, data/ML, product managers, and designers.
• Build sourcing strategies from scratch for searches with no proven channel.
• Lead intake and calibration with hiring managers and set hiring bars.
• Use funnel and pipeline metrics to spot problems and provide actionable recommendations.
• Turn successful practices into playbooks and drive process improvements.
• Stay close to how AI is changing technical and product roles and apply it to hiring.
