Omnicell is seeking a Senior Talent Partner, Technical Recruiting to act as the strategic talent advisor for our Engineering organization, shaping hiring plans and long-term pipelines. You will lead full-cycle recruiting across software engineering, cloud, AI/ML, data, and cybersecurity, while partnering with engineering leaders to implement skills-based hiring.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; 7+ years Talent Acquisition experience.
- Strong recruiting experience for Engineering/Technical roles.
- Proven ability to partner with Engineering leadership on hiring strategies.
- Experience with structured interviewing and data-driven decisions.
- Experience recruiting for software, cloud, AI/ML, data, cybersecurity roles.
Responsibilities
- Serve as strategic talent advisor for Engineering, shaping hiring strategy.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for engineering, cloud, AI/ML, and related areas.
- Develop and manage active/passive pipelines and sourcing strategies.
- Coach hiring managers on structured interviewing and decision making.
- Monitor metrics and drive continuous improvement in hiring velocity.
