Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of technology recruiting experience.
• Strong knowledge of US West Coast tech markets, especially San Diego.
• Experience in software/platform engineering and product management recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for complex technology and product roles.
• Provide market intelligence and candidate landscape insights to shape hiring strategies.
• Lead proactive sourcing for passive technology talent across software, platform, hardware, and product management.
• Partner with executives and People Business Partners to manage senior leadership recruitment.
• Build and sustain talent pipelines for AI/ML, full-stack software, and senior product management.
• Represent ResMed's EVP to candidates in APAC markets.
• Utilize data, sourcing analytics and AI tools to enhance delivery.
