• 7+ years recruiting MedTech, medical device, life sciences, or healthcare tech.
• Proven ability to lead complex, high-impact searches for technical and regulated roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned to MedTech product development and business priorities.
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for complex roles across R&D, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, and Operations.
• Design targeted sourcing strategies and leverage platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter to attract niche talent.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand needs and timelines, and maintain talent pipelines.
• Provide data-driven insights on metrics and market trends to influence hiring decisions.
